Job summary

Capgemini in Mumbai is seeking a CyberArk Administrator / PAM Engineer to support and maintain CyberArk PAM solutions, ensuring secure privileged account management and platform health. You will collaborate with PAM, AD, Network, and Product teams to support audits, changes and disaster recovery exercises.

The role requires hands-on CyberArk experience, scripting, and API automation, with strong Linux/Windows, networking, and cloud familiarity to ensure secure, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM including CPM, PSM, PVWA, CCP and privileged access governance.
• Strong knowledge of CyberArk APIs (PSPAS) and automation workflows.
• Experience in troubleshooting CyberArk infrastructure and ensuring high availability.
• Understanding of Windows, Linux, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Experience supporting audits, change management and DR/BCP testing.

Responsibilities

Job Description CyberArk Administrator / PAM Engineer
Your Role
As a CyberArk Administrator / PAM Engineer at Capgemini, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, ensuring secure privileged account management, system availability, compliance, and seamless integration with enterprise infrastructure. You will work closely with PAM teams, product teams, and various infrastructure stakeholders to support onboarding activities, platform health monitoring, automation, audits, and CyberArk integrations.

• Manage CyberArk operational activities including account onboarding/offboarding, privileged account lifecycle management, and compliance monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and support CyberArk components such as CPM, PSM, PVWA, CCP, certificate management, services, logs, and overall platform health.
• Maintain CyberArk integrations with enterprise applications, MPI platforms, Active Directory, and cloud environments while ensuring platform uptime and security.
• Support CyberArk automation through PowerShell scripting, CyberArk APIs (PSPAS/API development), and automated onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with PAM, AD, Network, Distributed, GAD, and Product teams to support audits, change management, maintenance activities, upgrades, patching, disaster recovery testing, and operational excellence.

Your Profile

• Hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM solution including CPM, PSM, PVWA, CCP, account onboarding/offboarding, compliance monitoring, and privileged access governance.
• Strong knowledge of CyberArk APIs (PSPAS), PowerShell scripting, automation workflows, certificate management, and account lifecycle management.
• Experience in troubleshooting CyberArk infrastructure issues, monitoring platform health, reviewing logs, managing services, and ensuring high availability.
• Good understanding of Windows, Linux, Networking, SSH Key integration, cloud platforms (AWS), and enterprise security best practices.
• Experience supporting audit, compliance, change management, DR/BCP testing, documentation creation, SOP development, and stakeholder engagement across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, registration, and deregistration of privileged accounts within CyberArk.
• Troubleshoot CyberArk platform issues involving CPM, PSM, PVWA, CCP, integrations, certificates, and authentication mechanisms.
• Perform health monitoring using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, review logs, monitor services, and ensure platform stability.
• Support change management activities including maintenance, patching, upgrades, testing, implementation, and rollback planning.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, testing evidence, audit artifacts, knowledge articles, and support resources.
