Job summary

Acesoft Labs is seeking a CyberArk PAM Engineer/Architect in Bengaluru to plan, design, and implement enterprise PAM solutions. You will build and manage CyberArk Vault components and design onboarding automation, integrating with AD, cloud, and DevOps tools.

A strong focus on least privilege, compliance, and operational excellence drives this role. You will collaborate with security, infrastructure, and SOC teams and provide training for PAM admins and end users, ensuring robust PAM governance

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM.
• Deep understanding of Privileged Access, Identity Security, and Zero Trust.
• Experience integrating PAM with AD, cloud, DevOps, and enterprise platforms.
• Scripting or automation exposure (PowerShell / Python / REST APIs preferred).
• Familiarity with compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to translate security risk into clear, actionable decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement enterprise-wide PAM using CyberArk.
• Define PAM architecture and roadmap aligned with security policies and compliance standards.
• Build, configure, and manage CyberArk Vault, PVWA, CPM, and PSM.
• Design onboarding frameworks and automation scripts for privileged account lifecycle management.
• Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, cloud platforms, DevOps & CI/CD tools, and critical infra systems.
• Operate and maintain CyberArk environments: patching, backups, recovery, performance optimization.
• Monitor privileged sessions, analyze logs, and respond to alerts and anomalous behavior.
• Conduct privilege audits, access reviews, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with Application, Infrastructure, and SOC teams to enforce least privilege.
• Provide operational support, documentation, and training for PAM administrators and end users.
