Job summary

techorzo is seeking a Presales & Implementation Engineer – PAM / PRA / Password Safe for client projects in Bengaluru. With 3+ years in Privileged Access Management, you will blend technical presales with hands-on implementation across PAM platforms such as BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Delinea, Password Safe.

You will design solutions, prepare BOMs, run PoCs, integrate with AD/LDAP, MFA and SIEM, and support go-live. Strong customer-facing communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in PAM/PRA/Password Safe
• Strong understanding of PAM architecture and privileged account management
• Hands-on knowledge of credential vaulting and password rotation
• Experience with Privileged Session Management and session recording
• Good understanding of MFA, access policies, and authentication mechanisms
• Experience with AD/LDAP integrations
• Knowledge of SIEM and enterprise application integrations
• Experience conducting PoCs and product demonstrations
• Ability to prepare and respond to RFPs/RFQs
• Strong customer-facing and technical communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle technical presales activities including requirement gathering, solution design, architecture, BOM preparation, product demonstrations, PoCs, and RFP/RFQ responses
• Conduct customer workshops and map business and security requirements to appropriate PAM/PRA solutions and use cases
• Perform PAM implementation, configuration, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and go-live support
• Configure and manage password discovery, account onboarding, reconciliation, password rotation, privileged session monitoring/recording, and access workflows
• Integrate PAM solutions with Active Directory/LDAP, MFA, SIEM, ticketing systems, databases, Windows/Linux servers, network devices, and enterprise applications
• Prepare HLD, LLD, implementation documentation, test cases, deployment plans, and technical proposals
• Work closely with customers, sales teams, OEMs, and internal technical teams throughout the presales-to-implementation lifecycle

About the Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and the ability to work across both technical presales and implementation.

Candidates with experience in BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Delinea, Password Safe, or similar PAM platforms are encouraged to apply.
