Third I Productions is seeking an Architectural Project Manager with a solid architectural background to liaison between clients and internal visualization teams. You will understand design drawings, coordinate with production, and oversee projects from brief to final delivery.

Qualifications

• Mandatory B.Arch or architecture degree.

About the Role

We are looking for an Architectural Project Manager with a strong architectural background who can understand design drawings, coordinate with clients and internal visualization teams, and take ownership of projects from brief to final delivery.

This role is ideal for an architect who enjoys project coordination, client interaction, team management and the visualization/creative production process.

The candidate should be comfortable reading and understanding AutoCAD drawings and other architectural/design software outputs. This is not a drafting or design-production role. You will not be expected to create AutoCAD drawings; instead, you will be responsible for studying, interpreting and communicating drawings accurately to the production team and ensuring that the final output aligns with the client's design intent.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management & Delivery
  • Manage architectural visualization projects from initial brief through final delivery.
  • Understand project scope, client requirements, drawings, references and expected deliverables.
  • Study and interpret AutoCAD drawings, plans, elevations, sections and other architectural documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal 3D visualization, design, animation and post-production teams.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones and deadlines.
  • Allocate tasks and coordinate resources to ensure timely project completion.
  • Track project progress and proactively identify delays, dependencies and potential issues.
  • Conduct regular project follow-ups and ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Coordinate revisions and ensure client feedback is accurately communicated and implemented.
• Client Coordination & Communication
  • Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal production teams.
  • Communicate with clients regarding project requirements, progress, revisions and timelines.
  • Understand client feedback and translate it into clear, actionable instructions for the internal team.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure a smooth project experience.
  • Communicate changes in scope, timelines or requirements clearly and professionally.
• Architectural & Visualization Understanding
  • Review architectural drawings and understand design intent, materials, layouts, elevations and spatial relationships.
  • Ensure 3D visualizations accurately represent the architectural design provided by the client.
  • Work closely with artists and production teams to resolve design-related queries.
  • Maintain an understanding of architectural visualization, 3D rendering, walkthroughs and presentation workflows.
  • Bring an architectural eye for detail and design accuracy to every project.

What We’re Looking For

• B.Arch / Degree in Architecture is mandatory.
• 1+ years of relevant professional experience in architecture, project coordination, architectural visualization, interiors, real estate or creative production.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to confidently read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Client communication and interaction skills are mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of architectural design intent.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with creative and technical teams.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of projects.
• Exposure to 3D architectural visualization, real estate marketing, animation, CG production or interior projects will be an added advantage.
• This is not an AutoCAD drafting/designing position.
• You will be expected to read, study and understand AutoCAD drawings and other architectural documents, communicate the design intent effectively to the production team, coordinate the project workflow and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects and lead them confidently from brief to delivery.
