You will develop detailed 3D models, lighting, materials, and renders, delivering convincing walkthroughs and presentations that meet client briefs and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design concepts.
• Proficient in lighting, materials, textures, and rendering techniques.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D visualization work.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D architectural and interior visualizations based on drawings, concepts, and design briefs.
• Develop detailed 3D models, materials, lighting, textures, and camera compositions.
• Produce photorealistic renders, walkthroughs, animations, and presentation images.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to understand design requirements.
• Handle multiple projects and meet project deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Make revisions based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Work effectively on outsourcing projects for international clients and follow project specifications.
• Maintain consistency in modeling, rendering, lighting, and post-production standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience working on outsourced projects, creating high-quality 3D models, realistic renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals for international clients.
Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D architectural and interior visualizations based on drawings, concepts, and design briefs.
  
• Develop detailed 3D models, materials, lighting, textures, and camera compositions.
  
• Produce photorealistic renders, walkthroughs, animations, and presentation images.
  
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to understand design requirements.
  
• Handle multiple projects and meet project deadlines while maintaining quality.

• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design concepts.
  
• Good knowledge of lighting, materials, textures, composition, and rendering techniques.
  
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and design concepts.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
  
• A strong 3D visualization portfolio is required.
