This is a full-time role for anArchitectural Designerin the Mumbai office, who will be responsible for creating architectural drawings, designing retail store layouts, producing construction documentation drawings, and coordinating with other design disciplines for multiple prestigious commercial, Retail, and F&B projects across the globe.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing, modifying, and reviewing a complete set of architectural documents, ensuring the incorporation of the design scope intent.
• Prepare 2D/3D Presentation/design drawings.
• Collaborate with the production team on all aspects of the preparation of construction documents.
• Develop solutions to technical and design problems following established standards.
• Coordinate with Architectural Professionals on projects to assure continuity & consistency of documentation, including organization, coordination, thoroughness, and accuracy of all documents in the drawing set.
• Work closely with the team and assist in the completion of projects on aggressive schedules.
• Licensed professional with diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices, uses advanced techniques, and has responsibility for full construction documentation.
• Responsible for the design and presentation of concepts, including schematic design tasks and design development.

Skills & Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, material application, etc.
• Knowledge of building codes and the ability to research and apply/incorporate into technical documents.
• Demonstrates proficient skills in AutoCAD / Revit, with an advanced level of expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and InDesign graphic software preferred.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to effectively meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Take initiative and move forward on assigned tasks confidently while working independently and competently.

Education & Experience:

• 5 - Years of bachelor’s degree in architecture or other equivalent education is a must.
• A minimum of3-5 yearsof architectural design, production, and technical experience through all phases of the design and construction documentation process.
• Prior experience with global Retail, F&B projects is preferred and beneficial.
