Job summary

KP & J Engineers Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai seeks an Architect to join our full‑time design team. You will contribute to preliminary plans, design ideas, and feasibility studies for international projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.

You will collaborate with engineers and designers, learn International Building Codes, prepare client presentation books, and uphold the company's safety and working protocols. Prior US project exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in US project-related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop and Bluebeam.
• Theoretical and technical knowledge with ability to collaborate in team projects.
• Ability to work independently and propose solutions.
• Strong critical thinking and creativity skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Good prioritization and ability to meet deadlines.
