Job summary

Kreatecube in Delhi seeks a creative interior designer to handle design development, presentations, and working drawings for GFC, MEP, HVAC, and building sections. The role involves end-to-end design, sketching and drafting in 2D/3D, and collaboration with Plan, Client and Execution groups.

The candidate will bring expertise in lighting, materials, furnishings, and presenting concepts through boards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, 3ds Max, Photoshop and MS Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Sketching and drafting in 2D and 3D is mandatory.
• Experience preparing BOQ and cost estimates for projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and enhance interior spaces to meet functional and aesthetic goals.
• Apply technical, material and functional knowledge with an aesthetic sense.
• Drive the design process end to end, including sketching and drafting in 2D and 3D.
• Coordinate with Plan group, Client and Execution Group.
• Prepare BOQ and cost estimates for projects.
• Communicate concepts clearly through boards and presentations.
• Create idea boards to convey design concepts.

• Proven working involvement with planning and enhancing inside spaces
  Apply technical, material and functional knowledge with an aesthetic sense that befits the customer
• Expertise in format, variety, lighting, materials choice, custom furnishings, and all establishments
• Drive the design process end to end (including sketching and drafting 2D and 3D are mandatory)
  Working with the Plan group, Client and the Execution Group
