Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Architecture required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, BOQ, Quantity Calculation and 3D visualizations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and preferences.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.
• Manage project timelines and deliver within set deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUP, Enscape, Photoshop or other relevant design software.
