Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architect / Senior Architect - AI to lead the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of enterprise AI solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and scalable cloud-native architectures.

This role will own end-to-end AI solution development from stakeholder discussions and conceptualization through PoC, implementation, and production deployment. The candidate will serve as the technical authority for AI initiatives, drive innovation, support pre-sales engagements, and guide engineering teams in delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own AI solution architecture and drive projects end-to-end from stakeholder discussions through production deployment.
• Lead solution conceptualization, architecture design, PoC development, and enterprise-scale implementation.
• Conduct rapid feasibility analysis and PoC development for emerging AI use cases.
• Support pre-sales activities by defining solutions, engaging customers, and creating implementation roadmaps.
• Create and review architecture documents, technical designs, solution blueprints, and governance artifacts.
• Guide engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.
• Establish best practices for AI engineering, MLOps, AgentOps, and solution delivery.
• Drive AI innovation initiatives and recommend emerging technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and customers to align technology with business objectives.
• Ensure solution scalability, resilience, performance, governance, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15 to 20 years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 8 years in AI/ML and enterprise solution architecture.
• Strong expertise in Python architecture, design, and application development.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Multi-Agent AI systems using Agent SDKs, A2A, MCP, and related frameworks.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI technologies including:
• RAG
• Agentic RAG
• Vector Databases
• Agentic Orchestration Frameworks
• AI Planners and Decision Engines
• Strong experience fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Mistral, Ollama, and similar models with domain-specific datasets.
• Experience designing AI evaluation frameworks and implementing AgentOps practices.
• Hands-on experience developing advanced AI models involving:
• NLP
• Computer Vision
• Object Detection
• Transformer Architectures
• Predictive Analytics
• Strong expertise in Microservices Architecture and Distributed Systems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Strong experience working with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• Ability to architect scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade AI platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation programs.
• Expertise in MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps implementation.
• Experience supporting pre-sales, solution consulting, and customer engagements.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience working with large, globally distributed engineering teams.

Qualifications
