Job summary

Sykatiya Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru invites an experienced AI Architect to lead enterprise AI strategy, architect scalable AI platforms, and mentor high-performing engineering teams. You will work directly with CXOs to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions, spanning data, models, deployment, security, and governance.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Generative AI, LLMs, and hardware-accelerated AI workloads, plus strong consulting and leadership skills to deliver

Qualifications

• 8–20 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or solution architecture.
• Strong experience in the Semiconductor/Silicon industry with exposure to GPU, CPU, NPU, DSP, FPGA, ASIC, or AI Accelerator architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands on experience on ML frameworks (TensorFlow and PyTorch etc.).
• Experience mentoring technical teams and leading architecture discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Architect scalable AI platforms using modern AI/ML technologies and cloud services.
• Engage with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures covering data, models, infrastructure, deployment, security, and governance.
• Drive technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution presentations with customer stakeholders.
• Build reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, and best practices.

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect who can lead customer engagements, define enterprise AI strategy, architect scalable AI platforms, and build high-performing engineering teams. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, consulting skills, and leadership experience to deliver innovative AI solutions for enterprise customers

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Architect scalable AI platforms using modern AI/ML technologies and cloud services.
• Engage with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures covering data, models, infrastructure, deployment, security, and governance.
• Drive technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution presentations with customer stakeholders.
• Build reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Cloud Architects, Data Engineers, MLOps Engineers, and application development teams.
• Mentor AI Engineers and establish engineering standards across projects.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, proposal development, effort estimation, and solution consulting.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

Technical Skills

• 8–20 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or solution architecture.
• Strong experience in the Semiconductor/Silicon industry with exposure to GPU, CPU, NPU, DSP, FPGA, ASIC, or AI Accelerator architectures.
• Proven understanding of AI infrastructure, Edge AI, and hardware-accelerated AI workloads.
• Ability to bridge silicon capabilities with enterprise AI software architectures, enabling optimized AI solutions for cloud and edge deployments.
• Proven experience designing and develop enterprise AIML solutions/custom machine learning algorithms.
• Strong experience in customer-facing consulting and solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands on experience on ML frameworks (TensorFlow and PyTorch ect…)
• Experience into C++ or C#. Experience in Python. Experience designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Experience in architected products serving hyperscale-scale traffic.
• Experience with AI Agents / Agentic AI architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning model lifecycle and MLOps.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and leading architecture discussions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Candidates with prior experience delivering AI solutions for Semiconductor/Chip design methodology, Automotive, Embedded, Edge AI, or High-Performance Computing (HPC) customers will be preferred.
