Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of residential and commercial projects from concept stage to execution.
• Develop innovative design strategies and processes to ensure efficient, high-quality project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and translate them into functional design solutions.
• Prepare design concepts, detailed drawings, presentations, and specifications.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of design intent.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure all works align with approved drawings and quality benchmarks.
• Oversee production of presentations, reports, and all necessary project documentation.
• Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, design presentations, and participating in management meetings.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience with reputed design studios or real estate/construction companies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative, functional, and innovative project work.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Strong project management skills with a track record of on-time, within-budget project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience in proposal drafting and participation in business development activities is an added advantage.
• Residential project experience is mandatory.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in real estate or construction companies.
