Job summary

Brillio is seeking an Architect with 10+ years in Salesforce architecture, including Experience Cloud specialization, for Bengaluru, India. You will design scalable solutions, implement security models, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality Experience Cloud initiatives.

You will lead data visualization, integrate with other Salesforce clouds and external systems, and ensure seamless user journeys across branded sites and pages.

Qualifications

• Strong data security design and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Experience Range: With at least 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, including 3 or more years specifically focused on Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions that address complex business requirements and drive measurable user engagement
• Implement and maintain Experience Data Security Models to ensure regulatory compliance and safeguard sensitive information
• Develop, refine, and monitor Experience Dashboards and Insights to provide actionable data visualizations and support business decision-making
• Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications for Experience Cloud projects
• Lead and mentor technical teams throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of Experience Cloud initiatives
• Configure and customize Experience Cloud components, including sites, themes, and page layouts, to enhance user experience and brand alignment
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in Experience Cloud implementations, driving continuous improvement and system reliability
• Integrate Experience Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and external systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless user journeys
