Job summary

Brillio in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Salesforce Experience Cloud Architect with 10+ years of experience to design and deliver scalable Experience Cloud solutions addressing complex business requirements and driving user engagement.

You will architect data security models, develop dashboards and insights, gather stakeholder requirements, lead technical teams, and customize sites/themes while ensuring data integrity and seamless user journeys across Salesforce clouds and external systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent
• Salesforce Certified Architect or equivalent certification

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions that address complex business requirements and drive measurable user engagement
• Implement and maintain Experience Data Security Models to ensure regulatory compliance and safeguard sensitive information
• Develop, refine, and monitor Experience Dashboards and Insights to provide actionable data visualizations and support business decision-making
• Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications for Experience Cloud projects
• Lead and mentor technical teams throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of Experience Cloud initiatives
• Configure and customize Experience Cloud components, including sites, themes, and page layouts, to enhance user experience and brand alignment
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in Experience Cloud implementations, driving continuous improvement and system reliability
• Integrate Experience Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and external systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless user journeys
