Job summary

Brillio is seeking a senior Salesforce Architect in Bengaluru with 7+ years of experience in architecture and solution design. You will architect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions, lead cross-functional projects, and drive best practices across development teams.

You will oversee integration with external systems, governance of data models, and security configurations, while mentoring junior engineers and shaping the Salesforce practice within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
• Proficient in Salesforce sharing and security models.
• Experience with Apex triggers and Apex programming.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow Automation.
• Experience with Apex Web Services and Async Apex.
• Hands-on platform configuration and governance.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Architect scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and industry standards
• Develop custom applications leveraging Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Automation to enhance platform functionality
• Configure and optimize Salesforce sharing, security, and data modeling to ensure regulatory compliance and robust access control
• Lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive Salesforce solutions
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Apex Web Services, Async Apex, and SOQL to enable seamless data exchange
• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and provide actionable technical guidance and best practices to development teams
