Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud expertise including Field Service, Case Management, Self Service and Digital Engagement.
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud with enterprise-scale solution design.
• Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL.
• Deep knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git and CI/CD workflows.

Experience Range:

With at least 8 years of hands‑on Salesforce experience, including substantial expertise architecting and implementing enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud architecture for complex enterprise initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
• Translate business and technical requirements into detailed Salesforce data models, integration patterns, and implementation roadmaps, delivering solutions that meet business objectives
• Design and implement solutions leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture to optimize wealth management and advisor operations
• Establish and enforce architectural standards for performance optimization, code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, and release management, ensuring consistent delivery across Salesforce platforms
• Design and govern integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and API management platforms, achieving seamless data exchange
• Develop and implement Salesforce security architecture including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, OAuth, and connected apps to ensure regulatory compliance and robust data protection
• Identify, assess, and mitigate architectural risks related to governor limits, data volumes, transaction limits, integration scalability, and platform performance, proactively preventing issues
• Mentor Salesforce developers and technical leads, fostering engineering best practices and architectural excellence throughout the organization

Required Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, including Field Service, Case Management, Self Service, and Digital Engagement modules
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, with proven experience in Territory Planning and enterprise-scale solution design
• Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and SOQL/SOSL
• Deep understanding of Salesforce integration architecture, including REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and event-driven approaches
• Experience with Salesforce DX, CLI, Git, and source-driven development workflows
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools and processes, including Copado or Gearset
• Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, sharing, and OAuth
• Ability to design robust Salesforce data architectures, object relationships, and data quality strategies
• Experience with multi-org strategy, environment management, and deployment architecture
• Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, scalability, and performance optimization

Preferred Skills:

• Hands‑on experience with API management platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Apigee
• Expertise in AWS and cloud architecture, including API Gateway, Lambda, S3, RDS, and EKS
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and logging tools for Salesforce org observability
• Background in financial services or wealth management domain
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect credential
