Job summary

• 5-8 years of experience in architectural design and project management with exposure to high-rise developments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of codes and regulations.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills; ability to manage projects end-to-end.

We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our talented team.

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop architectural designs, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation.
• Lead Projects and Manage project-specific tasks, including coordinating with construction teams and other consultants independently
• Lead a team of junior architects, Assign and review their work, providing mentorship and ensuring design excellence.
• Consult and oversee construction-related drawings, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Solve technical and design challenges, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery under the guidance of Senior Architects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• 5-8 years of experience in architectural design and project management with exposure to High rise developments
• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe creative suit) and other relevant tools.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, building materials, codes, and regulations
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, team members and collaborators
• Experience leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Professional registration is a plus
• MEP experience is a plus
• More importantly, passion for design and architecture blended with ambition to gain outstanding technical expertise
