Job summary

Madurai Famous Jigarthanda is seeking an Architect & Franchise Project Coordinator to design and plan franchise outlets across India and overseas. The role includes preparing outlet designs, coordinating project execution, and ensuring brand standards are maintained at all locations.

You will develop 2D layouts, elevations, and interior concepts, while creating 3D visuals and store concepts. Travel to sites across India is required as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in interior design, retail projects, commercial projects, or site execution.
• Freshers with strong design software knowledge may apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D layouts, floor plans, elevations and interior designs for franchise outlets.
• Develop 3D visualizations and store concepts while maintaining brand standards.
• Coordinate end-to-end franchise outlet setup activities and site measurements.
• Prepare BOQ and project cost estimates, monitor expenses and vendor quotes.
• Conduct periodic site visits to ensure design specs and branding are followed.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Architect & Franchise Project Coordinator to support the design, planning, and execution of franchise outlets across India and overseas. The candidate will be responsible for preparing outlet designs, coordinating project execution, and ensuring brand standards are maintained across all franchise locations.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

• Prepare 2D layouts, floor plans, elevations, and interior designs for franchise outlets.
• Develop 3D visualizations and store concepts using design software.
• Customize store layouts based on site requirements while maintaining brand standards.
• Prepare design presentations and approval documents.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate end-to-end franchise outlet setup activities.
• Conduct site measurements and prepare project drawings.
• Follow up with contractors & vendors for project execution.
• Track project timelines and ensure timely completion of outlets.

BOQ & Cost Estimation

• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and project cost estimates.
• Assist in vendor quotations and project budgeting.
• Monitor project expenses and report deviations.

Site Execution & Quality Control

• Conduct periodic site visits and inspections.
• Ensure design specifications are followed during execution.
• Verify quality of materials, branding elements, and finishing works.
• Support outlet handover and opening readiness.

Franchise Support

• Coordinate with franchisees regarding store design and setup requirements.
• Provide project updates and resolve execution-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with company branding and operational standards.

Qualification
