Iquest Management Consultants in Gujarat is seeking an Architect (B. Arch./M. Arch.) with 3–10 years of experience to join our team. The candidate should possess strong design flair and proficiency in SketchUp, CAD, and Revit, with a preference for industrial projects.

You will develop concepts with Senior Architects, prepare client presentations, and collaborate with design and engineering teams to produce schematic designs and detailed plans while ensuring adherence to regional building codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture (B. Arch. / M. Arch.).
• 3-4 years of relevant architectural experience, with a preference for experience in industrial projects.
• Proficient in SketchUp, CAD, and Revit.
• Strong design sense and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• In-depth knowledge of regional building codes.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Develop architectural concepts with Senior Architects, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Prepare client presentation materials and communicate architectural concepts.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create schematic-level designs and detailed plans.
• Develop and maintain project documents such as Material Pallets, Finishing Schedules, Room Books, Sanitary Fixtures Schedules, CP Fittings Schedules, and Door/Window Schedules.
• Prepare tender drawings and architectural specifications.
• Conduct site visits during the execution phase to monitor progress and clarify design with contractors.
• Adhere to regional building codes and ensure compliance in all design work.

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Architect with 3-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design flair and solid proficiency in architectural software, including SketchUp, CAD, and Revit. Experience in industrial projects is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts in close coordination with Senior Architects, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Prepare client presentation materials and effectively communicate architectural concepts.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create schematic-level designs and detailed plans.
• Develop and maintain key project documents such as Material Pallets, Finishing Schedules, Room Books, Sanitary Fixtures Schedules, CP Fittings Schedules, and Door/Window Schedules.
• Prepare tender drawings and specifications, including architectural finishes and construction details.
• Conduct site visits during the execution phase to monitor progress and provide clarifications to contractors on design and construction issues.
• Adhere to regional building codes and ensure compliance in all design work.
