Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize architectural drawings for industrial facilities, factories, warehouses, and institutional buildings (schools, colleges, hospitals, etc.).
• Develop conceptual designs, detailed working drawings, and 3D models as per project requirements.
• Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, safety norms, and client specifications.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and project teams to ensure design coordination and accuracy.
• Conduct site visits for design validation, progress monitoring, and resolving on-site design issues.
• Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and tender drawings for execution.
• Assist in presentation materials for client discussions and approvals.
• Provide support during authority submissions and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of industrial architecture standards, space planning, and institutional layouts.
• Ability to prepare working drawings, GFCs, and coordination drawings.
• Knowledge of building codes, bye-laws, and statutory compliance. Strong visualization, detailing, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and ability to coordinate with consultants & contractors.
