Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Architecture design.
• Familiarity with Industrial design standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design team with flair and drive project execution under minimal supervision.
• Prepare schematic layouts and working drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEPF consultants and vendors for integrated delivery.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare sanction plans as per local By-Laws, NBC and Industrial standards.
• Drive sustainable design practices including IGBC certification processes.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets and risk management during design.
• Prepare presentations, feasibility studies and progress reports for senior management.
• Conduct periodic site inspections and prepare progress reports.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Architect with over 8 - 12 years of experience specializing in Industrial projects. The candidate will lead architectural design teams, oversee design quality and compliance, and coordinate with consultants to deliver projects. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and deep understanding of design standards

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team with flair of design skills, highly self-motivated and able to execute projects with little supervision.
• Preparing the project schematic layouts and working dwgs
• Coordinate with structural, MEPF consultants and vendors for integrated project delivery.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and design documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with local regulations
• Preparing sanction plans as per local By-Laws, NBC and Industrial standards
• Drive innovation and sustainable design practices suitable, including IGBC or equivalent certification processes.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets and risk management strategies within the design phase.
• Prepare presentations, design proposals, feasibility studies and progress reports for senior management.
• Conducting periodic site inspection and preparing progress reports

Skills:

• Expert knowledge of architectural design software: AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, 3D visualization
• Strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
