PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking an Architect & Estimation Excellence - Oracle HCM Functional at Senior Manager level. Lead teams to implement Oracle HCM solutions, applying systems thinking and coaching to drive transformation across HR processes and talent management.

You will leverage Oracle HCM Cloud, SQL Developer, and BI Publisher to deliver scalable HR solutions, mentor teams, and ensure client satisfaction in a dynamic, global environment.

As an Architect & Estimation Excellence - Oracle HCM Functional - Senior Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives within our Digital Core Modernisation network.

• Developing and overseeing the deployment of scalable human capital management solutions

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
