Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Salesforce Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes within a Salesforce development team. You will lead daily scrums, sprint planning, and backlog grooming while collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to deliver customer value.

Ideal candidates have CS M/PSM and hands-on Salesforce experience, plus Jira/Azure Board proficiency, and strong communication to drive project success in a hybrid India-based environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream with strong knowledge of Agile.
• Hands-on Salesforce knowledge including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Lead daily scrum calls, review calls, sprint planning, etc.
• Scrum Certifications (CSM/PSM) required.
• Familiarity with IT operations and technology services.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retros).
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define goals and priorities.
• Identify impediments and remove blockers for the team.
• Coach teams on Agile practices and improve product quality.
• Monitor progress and communicate risks with mitigation strategies.
