Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Lead Consultant, Salesforce Developer- Agent Force to design, develop, and deploy Agentforce agents. You will integrate Data Cloud, OMS, and Service/Experience Cloud, building scalable orchestration flows and training users in best practices.

Strong programming and cloud data engineering skills are essential for this role. You will collaborate across teams in a hybrid India-based setup, tackling complex challenges and shaping AI-powered customer experiences while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cloud data engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Agentforce Development: Design, develop, and deploy Agentforce agents to automate tasks and improve customer service efficiency.
• Write complex, multi-step Prompt Builder steps and flows.
• Implement complex Agentforce orchestration flows to automate multi-step processes.
• Integrate Agentforce with Data Cloud, OMS, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and other relevant systems both internal Salesforce systems and external platforms.
• Train and support users on Agentforce best practices.
• Optimize Agentforce agents for performance and scalability.
• Monitor Agentforce agents for errors and performance issues and implement corrective actions.
