Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Lead Consultant, Salesforce Field Service Lightning Developer, to design, develop, and maintain FSL solutions within Salesforce. You will build custom Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, and integrations, while configuring scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workflows.

You will mentor junior developers, participate in Agile/Scrum processes, and stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or computer science fields; relevant Salesforce development experience highlighted.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) architecture, data model, and integrations across systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions including LWC, Apex, triggers, and workflows.
• Configure and customize FSL features like scheduling, dispatching, mobile workflows, and work orders.
• Develop and maintain integrations between FSL and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Participate in code reviews, adhere to coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices in FSL.
