Job summary

Consultixs, a global technology consulting and real estate design partner in India, seeks a junior Architect with 6 months to 1 year of experience to plan, design, and coordinate project layouts while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

This day-shift role (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Saturday) involves producing drawings and 3D views, coordinating with engineers, and supporting design optimization. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of SketchUp/Revit/3Ds Max is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year in architectural design or real estate projects.
• Must be a certified Architect with COA registration.
• Willingness to work in fixed day shift (9 AM – 5 PM, Monday–Saturday).
• Proficient in AutoCAD; basic knowledge of SketchUp/Revit/3Ds Max.
• Knowledge of building bylaws and approval processes in India.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, and 3D views for residential/commercial projects.
• Ensure designs comply with local building rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with site engineers, structural consultants, and project teams.
• Assist in project planning, space utilization, and design optimization.
• Review and modify designs based on client or management feedback.
• Prepare submission drawings for approvals (municipal/local authorities).
• Support interior layout planning and finishing concepts.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 6 months to 1 year of experience in architectural design and real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating project layouts while ensuring compliance with local regulations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts
• Develop floor plans, elevations, and 3D views for residential/commercial projects
• Ensure designs comply with local building rules and regulations
• Coordinate with site engineers, structural consultants, and project teams
• Assist in project planning, space utilization, and design optimization

Requirements

6 months to 1 year in architectural design or real estate projects

Additional Requirement

Certification:

Must be a certified Architect with valid registration from the Council of Architecture (COA).

Candidates should be able to provide their COA Registration Number and supporting certification documents during the hiring process.

Willingness to work in a fixed day shift (9 AM – 5 PM, Monday–Saturday)

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Basic knowledge of SketchUp / Revit / 3Ds Max (preferred)
• Understanding of architectural design principles and standards
