Job summary

Siddhi Group is hiring an experienced Architect to lead architectural design and planning efforts for residential, commercial, high-rise, or township projects in Maharashtra.

The role requires coordinating with developers, engineers, and contractors, ensuring regulatory compliance and site feasibility, and supervising on-site progress for quality control. Bachelor of Architecture is mandatory, with 10–15 years in related environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
• 10–15 years of experience with a Real Estate Developer, Builder, or Architectural Consultancy.
• Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, or township projects.
• Preferably male candidate.
