Job summary

Clover Ventures in Pune is seeking an Architect with 5+ years of experience in residential high-rise and commercial projects. You will lead working drawings, coordinate RCC/MEP, oversee slab checks, and support site execution using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and related tools.

Ideal candidates have BIM proficiency, premium project exposure, and a track record of delivering complex layouts on time. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design intent and compliance across phases.

Qualifications

• Architects with high-rise residential/commercial experience and premium project exposure.
• Strong working drawings and RCC/MEP coordination.
• Experience with slab checks and site execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare working/GFC drawings and coordinate RCC/MEP for projects.
• Oversee slab checks and site execution on residential and commercial high-rises.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp for design delivery and BIM coordination.
