Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in the Greater Patna Area. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings, and producing detailed construction documentation for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with structural, civil, and MEP teams, reviewing design feasibility, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and standards. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders, presenting design proposals, and incorporating feedback into refined solutions. The Architect will also support project planning, monitor progress against schedules, and contribute to quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed, buildable solutions.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM workflows, and digital collaboration platforms.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and comfort with digital design tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; valid professional registration or intent to register is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design principles relevant to the Greater Patna Area and surrounding regions.
• Strong visual, technical, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to solve design and coordination challenges.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and engage professionally with clients.
