Job summary

Bitforma seeks a full-time, on-site Architect in Patna to develop concepts, prepare drawings and models, and coordinate designs from concept to execution. You will work with interior design and visualization specialists, produce construction documents, and ensure compliance with client needs, budgets, and regulations.

You will conduct regular site visits, coordinate with contractors and vendors, monitor progress, and uphold design integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong architectural design skills, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
• Proficiency in architectural design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interior design, visualization, and execution teams.
• Experience with construction documentation, building codes, local regulations, and coordination with site teams.
• Solid understanding of materials, finishes, building systems, and sustainable design practices.
• Excellent visual communication skills, including preparing drawings, diagrams, and presentation materials.
• Strong project management capabilities, such as time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Prior experience working on residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects; experience in turnkey execution is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Patna and conduct regular site visits as required.

Role Description
