Job summary

Responsibilities include creating layouts, elevations and working drawings, using AutoCAD, conducting site visits, and assisting with building approvals.

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and motivated Architect with 2 to 3 years of experience in architectural design, preparation of drawings and coordination of construction projects. The candidate should be capable of translating project requirements into practical designs and coordinating effectively with site engineers, consultants and contractors.

Preferred candidate profile

• Prepare architectural layouts, plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.


• Develop and modify architectural designs in accordance with project requirements.


• Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design softwares.


• Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP consultants, site engineers and contractors.


• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure work conforms to approved drawings.


• Assist in obtaining necessary building approvals and coordinating documentation.


• Review drawings, identify discrepancies and resolve design-related issues.


• Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, specifications and quality standards.
