Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 8+ years of professional experience, preferably in real estate or construction firms, with hands-on exposure to high-rise and plotted projects.
• Strong command over AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Must have knowledge of BPMS, Sanctioned Drawing, UDCPR Rules., Interior Design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop architectural designs for high-rise residential buildings and plotted development layouts.
• Working on BPMS, Sanction Drawing and UDCPR rules.
• Prepare concept, schematic, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and other design tools.
• Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to ensure integrated project development.
• Ensure designs meet DCR (Development Control Regulations), NBC (National Building Code), and other local building regulations specific to Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) and Metro region norms.
• Prepare and present design proposals to the internal team, management, and regulatory authorities.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-rise apartment projects and plotted developments that align with our vision of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop architectural designs for high-rise residential buildings and plotted development layouts.
• Working on BPMS, Sanction Drawing and UDCPR rules.
• Prepare concept, schematic, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and other design tools.
• Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to ensure integrated project development.
• Ensure designs meet DCR (Development Control Regulations), NBC (National Building Code), and other local building regulations specific to Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) and Metro region norms.
• Prepare and present design proposals to the internal team, management, and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Support project approvals by preparing documentation and drawings required for permissions from local authorities.
• Guide and mentor junior architects and coordinate with project management teams.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

• Strong command over AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Must have knowledge of BPMS, Sanctioned Drawing, UDCPR Rules., Interior Design.
• Thorough knowledge of Nagpur’s local DCR, NBC, zoning regulations, and environmental clearance procedures.
• Excellent design, visualization, and space planning capabilities.
• Strong project management, communication, and client interaction skills.
• Familiarity with green building principles (GRIHA/LEED) will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) is mandatory.
• Prior experience handling government approval processes (NIT/NMC/MHADA/Environment Department) is a plus.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines.
