LMC Architects is hiring an Architect to join our design studio in Churchgate, Mumbai.

What we are looking for:

An architect who can confidently manage both design and execution while working collaboratively with our team and consultants.

Requirements:

• Up to 5 years of professional experience in Architecture and Interior Design.
• Proven experience in high-end luxury residential interior projects (essential).
• Experience in hospitality projects is preferred.
• Strong site execution knowledge and coordination experience.
• Ability to manage projects responsibly from design through execution.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach.

Software Skills:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• V-Ray
• Enscape

Technical Skills:

• Strong design and conceptual ability, with proficiency in AutoCAD
• Sound knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost estimation
• Ability to run projects and manage site, contractors, and vendors
• Strong time and project management skills, able to handle deliverables and deadlines
