Casacraft Mumbai is seeking an Architect to lead concept development, space planning, and detailed architectural and interior designs for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

You will prepare drawings and 3D models, coordinate with clients and consultants, select materials and finishes, and participate in site visits to ensure design intent is implemented. Hybrid role with in-studio and some WFH flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Strong design sensibility and ability to translate client requirements into functional spaces.
• Experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, timelines, and documentation.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and 3D visualization tools.
• Familiarity with BIM and CAD workflows and digital design platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Role Description

The Architect will work on concept development, space planning, and detailed architectural and interior designs for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating with clients and consultants, selecting materials and finishes, and participating in site visits and supervision to ensure design intent is implemented. The role also involves assisting in project planning, timelines, and documentation, while collaborating closely with the design and execution teams. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with a combination of in-studio work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
• Candidates should possess experience in Project Management, including coordination with stakeholders, timeline tracking, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, workflows, and digital platforms (e.g., BIM, CAD, 3D visualization).
• Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic knowledge of visualization tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Prior experience in interior and architectural projects, especially in residential or commercial spaces, is preferred.
