Job summary

S3D Studio 3 Designs in Vadodara seeks an on-site Architect for full-time work. You will develop architectural concepts, prepare detailed drawings, coordinate with interior and engineering teams, and ensure designs meet client requirements, budgets, and timelines.

You will participate in design reviews, produce construction documentation, and support site coordination to resolve design-related issues while collaborating with project managers, consultants, and contractors to maintain design

Role Description

The Architect will work on a full-time, on-site basis at the S3D Studio 3 Designs office in Vadodara. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed design drawings, coordinating with interior and engineering teams, and ensuring that designs align with client requirements, budgets, and timelines. The role involves participating in design reviews, producing construction documentation, and supporting site coordination to resolve design-related issues. The Architect will collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to maintain design integrity during execution and contribute to quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and detailed design.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring project milestones.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Integration, including working with multidisciplinary teams and aligning various design inputs.
• Candidates should possess basic familiarity with Software Development concepts where relevant to design integration or digital tools.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensing or registration is an advantage.
• Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey design intent to stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
