Job summary

Axium Global Pvt Ltd is seeking Freshers Architects to join and build a foundation in detailing, working drawings, GFC drawings and BIM processes. The role offers training and exposure to live international projects across the UK, USA, Australia and the Middle East.

Selected candidates will undergo 3 months of structured internal training on international standards and AEC/BIM workflows, with opportunities on live international projects post-training, ideal for fresh graduates willing to learn

Qualifications

• B.Arch graduate (2025/2026 batches) required.
• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, GFC) per client designs.
• Develop comprehensive architectural documentation through construction stages.
• Coordinate with structural/MEP teams for integrated design information.
• Review drawings for revisions, site requirements, and client feedback.
• Ensure drawings comply with building codes and project standards.
• Support coordination, reviews, and construction-related documentation.

Job Description

We are looking for Freshers Architects to join Axium Global Pvt Ltd and build a strong foundation in architectural detailing, working drawings, GFC drawings and AEC/BIM processes. Our teams work on international projects across Architecture, Engineering, BIM and related AEC services.

Selected candidates will undergo 3 months of structured internal training focused on international industry standards and AEC/BIM workflows. After successful completion of training, candidates will have the opportunity to work on live international projects across the UK, USA, Australia and the Middle East.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare detailedarchitectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections,working drawings, construction drawings and Good for Construction (GFC)drawings based on approved designs provided by clients or consultants.
• Develop comprehensivearchitectural documentation and drawing packages from design developmentthrough construction and execution stages.
• Produce detailedarchitectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections,joinery details, wall sections, schedules and construction details inaccordance with project requirements and approved design intent.
• Coordinate withstructural, MEP and multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate integrationof design information and smooth project execution.
• Review and updatedrawings based on design revisions, site requirements, consultant inputs,client feedback and project changes.
• Ensure all drawingscomply with project standards, client requirements, applicable buildingcodes and industry best practices.
• Assist in projectcoordination, drawing reviews, technical documentation andconstruction related support as required.
• Deliver accurate,high-quality drawings and documentation within project timelines whilemaintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Prepareand maintain construction documentation packages to support site execution andcoordination activities.
  

Qualification and Experience Required

• B.Arch graduate (2025 and 2026 batches only)
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
• Good design and technical understanding
• Willingness to learn and work on international projects
  

Compensation
