Job summary

SN & Company is hiring for a role of Architect in Lucknow. The candidate should have 8-12 years of experience and a Bachelor or Master in Architecture. Location is Lucknow, with responsibilities spanning interior design, government project documentation, and coordination with multiple teams.

The role requires using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max to prepare drawings and renders; site visits are part of the routine to ensure quality and compliance with codes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design work from concept to site execution.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.

Role: Architect

Exp: 8-12 years

Location: Lucknow

Qualification: Bachelor/ Masters in Architecture

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate interior design work, including space planning, material selection, and finishing details, from concept through to site execution.
• Handle design and documentation requirements for government and public sector projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, approvals, and statutory norms.
• Conduct regular site visits across Lucknow project locations to monitor execution quality, resolve design-related site issues, and coordinate with contractors and site teams.
• Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and related design software; produce renders and presentation sheets as required.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure design integration and constructability.
• Liaise with local authorities and statutory bodies for design approvals, NOCs, and compliance documentation as needed.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and support procurement and vendor coordination for interior and finishing works.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, drawing registers, and revision records.
• Support senior management with design cost estimates, timelines, and progress reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a recognized institution; registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) preferred.
• 8-12 years of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated exposure to interior design and government / public sector project work.
• Prior experience working on projects based in or around Lucknow is strongly preferred.
