A strong portfolio and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite are essential; a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture is required.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative, functional, and innovative project work.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and construction techniques.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience in proposal drafting and participation in business development activities is an added advantage.
• Residential project experience is mandatory.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in real estate or construction companies.
