• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• B.Arch or equivalent; licensure progress is an advantage.
• Prior studio or internship experience in architecture or interior projects preferred.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Kochi. The Architect will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and coordinating architectural, interior, and landscape elements for ongoing projects. Daily tasks include collaborating with the design team, meeting with clients, integrating feedback, and refining design solutions from concept through detailed design. The role also involves preparing documentation for execution, coordinating with consultants and site teams, and ensuring design intent is maintained during construction. The Architect is expected to participate in design reviews, maintain project timelines, and contribute to a studio culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong architectural design skills, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
