Job summary

Facade Today is seeking an Architect for a full-time role based in Kochi. You will support architectural design, coordinate with project teams, and help develop designs in line with client needs and project goals.

Responsibilities include preparing design presentations, reviewing specs, coordinating design changes, and integrating architectural inputs into project management workflows with structural and MEP teams, ensuring compliance with local bye-laws and NBC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of software and integration to support digital tools and workflows.
• Project management skills to oversee timelines, budgets and resources.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit.

The Architect will support architectural design processes, collaborate with project teams to conceptualize and develop designs, and assist in ensuring that plans align with client needs and project goals. Responsibilities also include preparing design presentations, reviewing project specifications, coordinating design changes, and supporting the integration of architectural inputs into project management workflows. Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, and project teams, Ensure compliance with local bye-laws, NBC, and client requirements.

Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of Software and Integration to support digital tools and workflows in architectural projects.
• Project Management skills to assist in overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resource coordination.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Experience

• 2-3 years of professional experience in architectural design and drafting.
• Experience in interior works on residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
