Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design with ability to translate client requirements into practical design solutions.
• Experience integrating architectural designs with structural, MEP, and PMC disciplines for cohesive delivery.
• Proficiency in project management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring design activities.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture with professional registrations or certifications an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective collaboration on-site.
• Attention to detail and understanding of building codes and standards.

Role Description

The Architect will work on-site in Coimbatore in a full-time capacity, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design and develop architectural solutions for a variety of projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing conceptual and detailed architectural designs, creating drawings and documentation, and coordinating with structural, MEP, and project management teams to ensure design integration and feasibility. The role involves meeting with clients to understand requirements, refining design proposals based on feedback, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices. The Architect will also support project planning activities, participate in design reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of design workflows and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with Integration of architectural designs with structural, MEP, and PMC disciplines to ensure cohesive project delivery.
