Inspiration is seeking an experienced and motivated Architect to lead architectural design and project delivery across a diverse portfolio of projects.

The role will primarily involve residential, hospitality, infrastructure, and public realm projects, with opportunities to contribute to architecture, urban design, landscape, and planning assignments.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects—from concept and design development through technical documentation and site execution—and independently resolve design, technical, and construction-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development from concept through detailed design and construction documentation.
• Translate project briefs into innovative, context-sensitive, and buildable design solutions.
• Lead and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, presentations, and client submissions.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, infrastructure, and specialist consultants.
• Review designs for technical coordination, constructability, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Undertake site visits and support implementation during construction.
• Resolve site-related design and technical issues and respond to contractor queries and RFIs.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, mock-ups, and samples.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary infrastructure, streetscape, public realm, and urban development projects.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and coordination activities.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in client and stakeholder meetings.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in architecture and project delivery.
• Strong experience in residential and/or hospitality projects.
• Significant site execution experience is essential.
• Experience in infrastructure, public realm, urban development, institutional, or mixed-use projects is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, detailing, and implementation.
• Ability to independently manage projects and resolve design, technical, and execution challenges.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Strong design sensibility, communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.

Software Skills

• AutoCAD – Mandatory
• D5 Render – Mandatory
• SketchUp or equivalent 3D modelling software
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Revit/BIM knowledge will be an added advantage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)
• COA Registration preferred
• Candidates should submit a portfolio demonstrating design leadership, technical documentation, site involvement, and completed project experience.
