Responsibilities

• Process documentation, updates, and ensure the team understands the processes.
• Billings, Cash App, and Collection duties per requirements.
• Resolve issues and discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Complete billing and Cash App work requests within 24 hrs or agreed timelines for bulk work.
• Train/retrain Billing Associates to meet standards.
• Participate in variance analysis and explain movements against forecast and previous period.
• Maintain high accuracy and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements.

We are currently opening an opportunity for AR Sr. Analyst . This position will be in Bangalore, India Position will be responsible for completing Cash application, Billing activities based on requirement.

Job Description

• The person should be process oriented, specific to quality and quantity of work handled and should be a master in all work flows. (Billing, Cash App & Collection)
• Should also have the ability to train, retrain Billing Associates to help them meet required standards.
• Resolves issues, discrepancies and operational challenges directly with the stakeholder.
• To complete the billing, Cash App work request within 24 hrs / agreed time lines for bulk work request

Primary Responsibilities
