Job summary

Credence Resource Management invites fresh graduates or undergraduates to join as AR Caller Fresher in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role involves making outbound calls to insurance companies to resolve pending, unpaid, and denied claims, and following up on payment statuses. Training will be provided, with opportunities to grow in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.

Role & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding pending, unpaid, and denied claims.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts and payment status.
• Check claim status, eligibility, and payment details.
• Identify, understand, and follow up on claim denials and rejections.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with insurance representatives.
• Accurately document call details, claim status, and follow-up actions.
• Escalate complex billing and claim-related issues to the appropriate team.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and billing information.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Educational Qualification

• Any graduate or undergraduate with relevant skills may apply.
• Candidates with a background in Commerce, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or Healthcare may be preferred.
