Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, 8–10 years of experience in IT or software projects.
• Experience leading software project management initiatives.
• Ability to analyze business processes and advise on improvements.
• Ability to design and document technical specifications for web-based software.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to stimulate collaboration.

About The Role

• Lead long-term projects respecting deadlines, budgets, functional scope and quality of deliverables

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications

Requirements
