Job summary

Zydus Lifesciences in Ahmedabad district, Gujarat, India, is seeking a maintenance and calibration-focused professional to perform routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance on plant machineries and utilities. The role includes instrument calibration as per schedule, documentation, and data recording in line with GDP standards.

You will support CMMS installation, maintain master instruments, coordinate with user departments for equipment availability, and contribute to project work, while

Responsibilities

• Attend routine, preventive & breakdown maintenance of utility and plant machineries.
• Carryout calibration of plant and utility instruments as per schedule
• Ensure strict adherence to calibration schedules and its documentation
• Record the data as per the GDP standards.
• Support in computerized maintenance management software installation
• Upkeep the master instruments at site and ensure their periodic calibration as per schedule
• Coordinate with user department for availability of equipment for calibration
• Knowledge of GDP, GMP and good engineering practices
• Project work execution
