Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a junior marketing support professional to observe and learn from a seasoned strategic marketing team in Pune. The role focuses on developing compelling narratives and messaging for customer-facing and leadership presentations, and supporting market research and sales enablement with clear, impactful decks.

You will translate market insights into training decks, customer presentations and competitive materials, and coordinate with cross-functional teams within Eaton

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or in progress.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing/communication preferred.
• Strong PowerPoint and content creation skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

What you’ll do:

• Observe and work alongside seasoned team members to gain insights into the diverse activities handled within the strategic marketing team.
• Provide operational support to the market research and strategic marketing team and senior leaders within the organization.
• Develop compelling narratives, messaging and storylines for customer-facing and leadership presentations.
• Translate market research insights and segment highlights into sales training decks, customer presentations, competitive landscape, etc. to facilitate sales enablement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams within Eaton in the execution and delivery of certain strategic marketing initiatives.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 0-2 years of experience
