Job summary

Oceaneering India Center in Chandigarh is seeking an SCM support professional to assist the corporate SCM and regional groups, ensuring supplies and equipment are inventoried, received and distributed according to proper practices. Works under limited supervision and can handle complex tasks.

Responsibilities include generating MIS reports, stock analysis, PO/MSR management, and cross-functional collaboration. A relevant bachelor's degree and strong MS Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Required bachelor’s in science /B-Tech/ Commerce / PGDCA or other relevant educational field.
• Should possess knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially of advanced Excel and word.

Responsibilities

• Generate MIS (Management information System) reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Ascertain assigned work is delivered with required quality, within schedule.
• Understand and comply with SCM processes.
• Follow checklist against incoming shipments to a BU on the basis of Invoice.
• Analyze stocks and raise inter-unit stock transfer orders (MSR) to other BU's by using overstock data.
• Purchase orders/MSR management - Generation, Confirmation, Expedite, end user communication.
• Maintaining Tracker for finalized Purchase Order’s.
• Resolve invoices/requisition anomalies.
• Perform receipt against POs to ensure expedite reports and match exceptions
• Should be well organized, consistent and able to communicate effectively in cross functional teams considering data and records

Should be able to work without supervision for complex work.
