As an Apprentice Trainee in the Learning & Development team, you will conduct assessments, review learner work, maintain records, and contribute to training effectiveness while gaining exposure to HR operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (no diploma, B.E., B.Tech candidate).
• Freshers only.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
