Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad seeks TheApprentice – Retail Operations for on‑the‑job training under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS).

You will gain hands‑on exposure to retail store operations, customer service, merchandising, and sales support in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will assist customers, support stock replenishment, display product aisles, maintain store standards, and help the sales team achieve store targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the shop floor by understanding their requirements and providing suitable product recommendations and always ensure a positive and engaging customer experience.
• Support day‑to‑day store operations including stock replenishment, product display, and maintaining store standards.
• Assist in receiving, tagging, and arranging merchandise.
• Ensure the store floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Assist the sales team in achieving store sales targets.
• Help in stock counts, stock transfers, and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Ensure minimization of costs by controlling wastage, handling merchandise properly
• To avoid shrinkage in the store
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are adhered to and standards are maintained
• Handler responsibility of cashiering as and when needed. Follow company processes and guidelines for store operating procedure.
